SBI SO Selection Process:
SBI SO Online written Test: The online written test will be conducted tentatively on 15.11.2021. The call letter of test will be uploaded on Bank’s website and also advised to the candidates through SMS and e-mails. Candidates will be required to download the call letters.

5. Descriptive Test (Online): English Knowledge Test (Letter Writing & Essay) : 50 Marks (30 Minutes)
*Qualifying in nature and marks thereon will not be reckoned for arriving at the Merit.
Candidates are required to qualify in each of the objective tests and descriptive test by securing minimum passing marks. The minimum passing marks will be as decided by the Bank or may be waived at the discretion of Bank. The questions will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English except English Knowledge Test which will be in english only. The candidates will have option to answer the questions in Hindi or English (except for English Knowledge Test).
Interview: Adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be called for Interview based on performance in online written test. Interview will carry 25 marks. The qualifying marks in Interview will be as decided by the Bank.
Merit List: The final merit list will be arrived at after aggregating the marks of online written test (out of 250 marks) and interview (out of 25 marks). Weightage of score in final merit will be as under:

- Interview - 25%
The selection of candidates will be based on Short listing and Interview.
